Brisbane winemaker Dave Cush of Dave’s Wine Revival will guide us through a tasting of four small-batch Australian wines, sharing the characteristics, stories and the thinking behind each selection.

Then you’ll explore four distinct mood boards positioned throughout the Avani studio, and put your design instincts — and newly acquired wine knowledge — to the test. Consider colour, texture, tone, balance and personality, then decide which of Dave’s wines makes the perfect pairing for each scheme.

There are intended matches to uncover, a bottle of your favourite wine up for grabs, and, we suspect, plenty of room for debate along the way.
