Terms and Conditions for Connect Magazine Complimentary Subscription

Eligibility

1. By signing up to receive a complimentary copy of Connect Magazine (either digital or physical), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
2. Physical copies of Connect Magazine are available only to residents of Australia. If you do not reside within Australia, you are only eligible to receive a digital copy.
3. Connect Magazine reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time. If you are found to be ineligible, your subscription may be terminated.

Subscription Approval

1. Connect Magazine reserves the right to refuse any subscription request at its sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, cases where:
   • The applicant does not meet the eligibility criteria.
   • The applicant resides outside of Australia and has requested a physical copy.
   • Inaccurate or incomplete information is provided during the subscription process.

Digital and Physical Copy Distribution

1. Subscribers within Australia are eligible for either a physical or digital copy of Connect Magazine.
2. Distribution of physical copies is limited to Australia-wide postage only.
3. Connect Magazine is not responsible for delays or errors in delivery due to postal or third-party services.

Changes to Subscription

1. Connect Magazine reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
2. Any changes to the Terms and Conditions will be effective immediately upon being posted on the Connect Magazine website.
3. Subscribers are encouraged to review these Terms and Conditions periodically to stay informed of any updates.
4. Continued use of the subscription service after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
5. Connect Magazine may alter or discontinue the complimentary subscription offer at any time without prior notice.
6. Subscribers may update their contact information or subscription preferences by contacting info@connectmagazine.com.au.

Cancellation and Opt-Out

1. Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time by contacting info@connectmagazine.com.au and advising that you would like to cancel your subscription. Cancellation will take effect for future issues.
2. You may also opt out of receiving any digital communications or newsletters related to the magazine by following the opt-out instructions provided in the footer of the email.

Limitation of Liability

1. Connect Magazine makes no guarantees regarding the timeliness, availability, or uninterrupted access to the magazine (both digital and physical).
2. Connect Magazine will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:
   • Delays in delivery of the physical copy due to postal services or other third-party providers.
   • Non-receipt of digital versions due to technical issues such as incorrect email addresses, spam filtering, or internet service provider restrictions.
   • Any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost business opportunities, or personal inconvenience.
3. In the event that you do not receive your physical copy, please email  info@connectmagazine.com.au, and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue; however, Connect Magazine is not liable for any costs or compensation related to such matters.

Force Majeure

Connect Magazine will not be held liable for any failure to fulfill its subscription obligations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or disruptions to postal services.

Personal Information

1. By subscribing to Connect Magazine, you agree to the collection, use, and handling of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
2. Your personal information will be used only for the purposes of fulfilling your subscription and sending you additional communication related to Connect Magazine. Your data will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent.

1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.
