Join us for IN GOOD GRAIN | An Evening of Timber, Design + Detail at the impressive Havwoods showroom in South Yarra.
It’s KBDi’s first event at this beautiful space, and we’re making the most of it with an evening of drinks, canapés, industry catch-ups, and plenty of time to explore Havwoods’ extensive collection of premium timber surfaces.
We’ll also get practical with TIMBER, SPECIFIED | From Design Intent to Installation — a professional development panel that brings together product expertise and hands-on fabrication knowledge.
From choosing the right timber for cabinetry, joinery and flooring to understanding movement, substrate preparation, fixing, edging, coatings and maintenance, the panel will tackle the details that can make the difference between a smooth installation and a costly call-back.
We’ll also look at common specification mistakes and practical ways for designers, suppliers, cabinetmakers and installers to work together to reduce risk from design intent through to installation.

PS For 2+ hour parking, 11–17 Daly Street Parking Garage is approximately a two-minute walk from the showroom. Parking is currently $15 for two hours.
