Introducing UNOX Casa – 2026 Tour Sponsor
Founded by Enrico Franzolin in a modest garage in Padua in 1990, UNOX has grown into a global leader in the manufacturing of professional ovens.
From the very beginning, the company based in Cadoneghe has invested in technological innovation, with the aim of continuously pushing its own limits and redefining the way food is cooked and experienced. The vertical integration of the design and production of every component – all Made in Italy – combined with an unparalleled focus on service, has allowed Unox to achieve unique quality standards, making it the best-selling brand of professional ovens in the world.
After establishing international leadership in the professional sector, Unox has chosen to invest in a new market segment and revolutionise domestic ovens, with the aim of bringing the performance of the greatest starred restaurants to luxury private homes as well.

Thus, was born SuperOven, the first oven that integrates the high technology of the best professional ovens into an iconic Italian design, suitable for the most exclusive kitchens.
Available in two configurations, Model 1 and Model 1S, with two finishes, satin steel and matte black, SuperOven offers professional performance in a simple, immediate way, making types of cooking not found in traditional ovens possible, such as grilling, frying, vacuum cooking, smoking and dehydrating.

The two models feature the same technology: Model 1 takes advantage of the power and versatility of two stacked ovens; the more compact Model 1S has a single cooking chamber. The interface has an easy and intuitive digital panel that can activate more than 400 automatic cooking processes, for which all it takes is to set the desired result for the oven to automatically choose the ideal programme, adapting it to the amount of food being cooked. Both have a built-in ventilation system that eliminates odours and vapours with professional activated carbon filter. And washing is automatic: at the touch of the screen, SuperOven cleans itself with a solution of water and UNOX’s patented mild, eco-friendly detergent.

The culinary experience is completed by the Unox Casa App, the digital extension of SuperOven that enhances control, precision, and creativity within the home.

The company’s headquarters are in Cadoneghe, Italy and attendees on the ACFA 2026 Tour will spend a day in this unique location, enjoying a behind-the-scenes look at how these incredible products are designed and manufactured.
