Pollock Bar Unit
Winner of two Archiproducts Design Awards in 2025 (in the Furniture and Sustainability categories), this is the Pollock bar cabinet by altreforme designed by Francesca Aletti of Monzoni Hub.
The project received recognition in the Furniture category for its innovative aesthetic which combines perfectly with a refined functionality, and in the special Sustainability category for its responsible and circular approach to design.
Crafted from aluminium, the Pollock bar cabinet was conceived to evolve: it can be renewed with new finishes, colours and details which extends the lifecycle of the product and reduces the environmental impact associated with disposal of products.
“Pollock was conceived for those who love iconic design and wish to bring into their spaces an object capable of fostering conviviality, lightness, joy, and sophistication. Thanks to its infinite customisation possibilities, I envision the project evolving into new variations and adapting to international hospitality and contract contexts, ultimately becoming a recognised symbol of style and functionality,” comments designer and architect Francesca Aletti, who, together with partners Andrea Crespi Reghizzi and Alberto Parma, designed the interiors of Manzoni Hub, the new design and contract services hub led by the three partners.
