SpaghettiWall Supernatural collection

Texture, light and natural forms come together in Supernatural, a refined new wallpaper collection from Italian design studio Castello Lagravinese Studio in collaboration with SpaghettiWall.

Inspired by the quiet beauty of the natural world, the collection explores the expressive qualities of botanical textures, bark, silk, glass, water and weathered metal. Rather than creating literal representations of nature, each design captures its essence through subtle patterns, delicate movement and soft tonal variations. The result is a series of wallpapers that bring depth and atmosphere to contemporary interiors without overwhelming the space.

The collection comprises seven distinctive designs (Plissage, Carving, Linfa, Silk Shadow, Evanescence, Aura and Rugiada) each reflecting the studio’s philosophy of understated elegance. Fine linear details evoke the veins of leaves rather than stone, gentle abstract forms reference the movement of wind through foliage, and layered textures create a sense of calm and visual softness.

A restrained colour palette of warm whites, beiges, bronzes and soft greys allows the designs to work seamlessly with minimalist interiors while introducing warmth, tactility and character. The wallpapers can be used individually or combined throughout a project to create a cohesive visual narrative.

For interior designers, the collection reflects the continuing shift towards biophilic design, where texture, natural inspiration and sensory experiences play an increasingly important role in residential and commercial spaces. Rather than relying on bold colour or pattern, Supernatural demonstrates how subtle surface treatments can enrich an interior, adding visual interest while maintaining a calm, sophisticated aesthetic.

Each wallpaper is printed in high resolution and customised to suit the dimensions of the installation wall. Available across SpaghettiWall’s range of specialist wallcovering substrates, the collection is suitable for a wide variety of applications, including living areas, kitchens, bathrooms and hospitality environments.

As Australian designers continue to embrace layered, tactile interiors, collections such as Supernatural offer another way to introduce natural inspiration through surface design, creating spaces that feel timeless, immersive and quietly luxurious.
